Scoliosis Rehab Hosts 1st C1 Certification Course on the West Coast
We are pleased to report that our 1st C1 Certification Course in San Jose, California was a success. It was the very first course held be the BSPTS and the SBI west of the Mississippi River!! We had a great group of PT's in attendance and we look forward to offering this training to more Physical Therapists living near the West Coast in the future. Our next course at our SRI California location is set for September 11-19, 2017.
We are excited to announce that Nancy Sherratt, PT has joined our team at Scoliosis Rehab Inc. She partnered with Beth Janssen and opened Scoliosis Rehab, PT Inc. in San Jose, California and stared treating patients in September 2015. Certified in early 2011, she comes with years of experience as a BSPTS-certified Schroth-based therapist and C2 Advanced certification in 2014. She is currently a Lab Assistant in training with the SBI. Nancy has a close relationship with Align Clinic, treating brace patients during initial brace fitting and follow-up. The clinic is an easy commute from Align's location. Nancy works with patients locally, out of state and internationally. We are delighted to work closely with her and her patients.
Align Clinic WI Now Open in Green Bay, Wisconsin
Align Clinic, LLS is pleased to officially announce the grand opening of Align Clinic of Wisconsin and the return of Emery J. Maloney, CO to the Green Bay area and NE Wisconsin. The new clinic, located at 445 Cardinal Lane, Suite 110, Green Bay, WI 54313, will specialize in scoliosis, cranial remolding orthoses, pediatric orthotics, and other various bracing needs. Emery will continue to serve the scoliosis patients of Central Wisconsin and the satellite clinic in Stevens Point, WI. With nearly 30 years of technical, clinical and managerial experience, Emery was the ideal choice to assume the role of overseeing the new office, according to Grant Wood, CO, CEO of Align Clinic, LLC. Align Clinic Wisconsin will primarily focus on scoliosis management using the WCR Brace in conjunction with the Schroth method taught by Beth Janssen and her team of Physical Therapists.
